Environment, thoughts and our mood

Our brain can work as the most potent magnifier, it can also work as an inverted binocular making the biggest mountain look like a speck of dust.
Our brain has no idea about what is good for us and what is not. It simply help us towards achieving and materializing whatever thoughts and ideas we focus on.
The mood is to thought, what a vessel is to water. The Water owes it's shape to the cup in the same way that thoughts owe their quality to the mood we are in.
Where we are happy, it take a lot to trouble us, but when we are sad, on the edge, even the slightest annoyance could ruin a whole day.
The effort needed to have a good disposition also varies depending on the environment.
On a bright day, surrounded by lush furniture and bathed in a pleasant aroma, it is easier for us to keep our buoyancy.
On a moody, overcast aftenoon, it takes a conscious effort, including engaging in daily "mood enhancing" rituals or avoiding certain situations altogether to make us immune to somber, bitter atmospheres and out of the reach of the net of despondancy.
