Cognitive dissonance, how easy it is to confuse the brain

There is a known experiment where people are being asked to say out loud the color of certain words.
The task seems simple enough. The words are written in a one color but they describe another color.
For example the word "blue" is written in green, and the word "red" is written in yellow This turned out to be really confusing for our logical mind processes.
The main reason for this confusion is that we get a conflicting data from two different neural networks, one deals with colors, the other handles words and reading.
To be able to manage situations like this, our minfd, through rigosous thraining, should be able to comfortably hold conflicting idea without falling into any kind of Cognitive dissonance which could cause a lot of issue such as panic and stress.
Enlarging our view of the world, accepting that processes and life in general don't always follow a logical, linear process is key to condition our minds to be undisturbed and serene in the face of discord and inconguity.
