The decision making process

It is impossible to know all the facets of any problem facing us ,and it is equally impossible to take a decision in our life based on a complete and exhaustive set of data.
We usually decide based on the glaringly insufficient, deficient, and possibly erroneous data available to us. Once our decision is made, we correct our course as we more information becomes available to us.
When we start over-analyzing, trying to take into account more data than is necessary, our gears get jammed up and stop turning.
Getting rid of our internal struggle, and taking into account only the information necessary for the first step or action is more than enough.
Ingesting too much information would make us look like a kid who is learning how to swin. He flutters around wasting his energy while barely moving.
Swimming is a discipline that requires rhythm and relaxation. It is a succession of simple movements, one after the other.
Our decisions and actions should include and take into account just the necessary information to take the first step. Once that initial step is taken, we will get the input necessary for us to take the second step.
