Challenging our brains with Open-ended Questions

The brain likes to dive headfirst into challenges that have a suitable degree of difficulty, so as not to overwhelm us, and open the gates to panic and distress.
Closed self-defeating statements, such as, "i cannot..." , "I am not capable of" , annihilates any possibility of our brain coming to our aid with solutions.
Open questions on the other hand, such as, "what can I do to make it happen?", invigorate it, and open it to infinite possibilities.
With open questions, our brain starts devising plans, and coming up with ideas.
Doors start to open and opportunities start coming into our lives. We meet people who help us advance our goals, we stumble upon books that offer elegant solutions to a persisting issue, or we unwittingly hear a motivating speech with the right message.
Our brain is sensitive to our moods, feelings and general dispositions. Those dictates the path we take and the choices we make.
An open attitude urges our brain to dig into its inexhaustible mines and come up with elegant solutions to intricate issues. It bridges the gulf between ideas and their material manifestations in our reality
